$15 will be applied if you miss your appointment or if you are late. There is a 30 minute grace period before we apply this charge.

Boarding charges are just like "Human Hotels". The day your pet checks in is the first day of boarding. Pick up your pet before before our check-out-time 12:00 Noon, and you will not be charged for this day. A full day of boarding charges are due after 12:00 Noon.

Appointments to check in or check out are during the following hours.

Monday - Friday........................................................8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday...................................................................10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Sunday.......................................................................7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
